The Experience

A 2-hour historical meal featuring a tasting menu full of surprises and historical anecdotes. For lunch or dinner (depending on the date), you’ll discover French cuisine from a unique and offbeat perspective across different eras.

Each session focuses on a theme featuring three eras and three dishes (or a series of dishes) explained by Baron Boutary, straight from the past. Example themes: Travelers and Pioneers; France-Italy: 1,000 Years of Gastronomic History.

From forgotten flavors to the captivating stories of the speakers, this experience will allow you to relive the defining moments in the history of French gastronomy.
