Champagne is a refined, festive drink, emblematic of great moments. But do you know all its secrets? This workshop promises to answer all your questions. You'll learn more about its characteristics, the origin of the bubbles, color, differences in sweetness...

Course outline (2h):

• Theoretical part to familiarize you with champagnes: traditional winemaking method, information on the Champagne region with its terroir and grape varieties.
• Tasting of 5 champagnes to put theory into practice.
• You'll then take part in the aroma/flavor game, during which you'll apply the VOG® method (visual, olfactory, gustatory).
• Course summary. You leave with your training booklet.
