• Visit ZOO Antwerpen in downtown Antwerp. The zoo offers a wide range of animals, a plant collection and several historic buildings.
• In the Valley of the Apes, you'll see gorillas and a young chimpanzee named Zabari. Near the Egyptian temple, observe male elephants together. Take a stroll through the buffalo savannah, where you'll see many birds.
• In the open savannah, you can see giraffes, zebras and white rhinos. The lions have their own area and there's a playground nearby for the kids.
