Too many people; impossible for the very nice lady who was checking the wire-cut tickets to open my 3 electronic tickets even though I was on the right link; I'm too old to do it alone; fortunately the very nice lady told me to go and see another lady who sells tickets on the spot and who opened my electronic tickets in two seconds so much less time than I had to write this e-mail; I told her she was a fairy, but I don't know if she believed me....
