Workshop for adults or teens ages 14 and up
Workshop itinerary (3 hours):
Introduction to the essential techniques for success:
- A light sponge cake
- A soaking syrup
- A light buttercream (flavor to be chosen at the time of reservation: chocolate, coffee, vanilla, or praline)
- Professional piping using a pastry bag
You’ll leave with your own Yule log for 10–12 people in a pastry box, made on-site, as well as a summary guide so you can recreate it at home. A unique and indulgent workshop, perfect for discovering the art of pastry making!
