Come join a wine-blending workshop at the micro-winery run by Maxime, an agricultural engineer and passionate winemaker. Located in the heart of the Darwin ecosystem on the right bank of Bordeaux, this urban winery produces organic wines from local grapes, using an approach that breaks away from the conventions of classic Bordeaux.

Activity itinerary (2.5 hours):

• Tour of the winery and an introduction to the winemaking process for white, rosé, and red wines.
• Introduction to the characteristics of Bordeaux’s main grape varieties and the art of blending.
• Tasting of wines from the Micro Winery paired with cheeses.
• Create a wine to your taste using different single-varietal wines, with blending equipment provided.
• Bottling of your custom blend, to take home at the end of the workshop.
