Workshop itinerary (3.5 hours):

• Welcome and introduction: explore the estate, its history, and the expertise passed down through several generations.
• Introduction to the winemaker’s craft: explanations of biodynamic viticulture, winemaking methods, maceration, and the production of natural wines and crémant.
• Wine Tasting Class: an introduction to tasting techniques and the keys to better understanding wines.
• Guided tasting: a tasting of 12 organic wines paired with 5 appetizers to highlight the pairings and subtleties of each cuvée.

You’ll leave with 2 complimentary bottles as a memento of a shared moment celebrating wine and the estate’s passion.
