Pra Loup: an ideal spot for paragliding
Located in the Ubaye valley near Barcelonnette, Pra Loup is a ski resort in the Southern Alps, offering magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. You'll take off from the Péguieoù ridge.
Course of the flight :
- Average duration of the activity (flight + preparation) 35 min.
- Welcome and safety briefing
- Gentletake-off. Access to take-off is via the resort's ski lifts, and by skiing a short stretch of green runway.
- Enjoy the view and the sound of the wind. Panoramic flight with 800-meter vertical drop, departing from the Péguieoù ridge.
- Average flight time 12-15 min.
- Landing on the Praloup plateau and debriefing.

Know before you go
- Accessible to all: adults and children.
- Weight: 110 kg maximum.
- Medical certificate not required.
- Passengers must contact the pilot 48 hours before the flight to confirm the meeting point, depending on weather conditions.
- Any object carried by the passenger (telephone, watches, glasses etc....) is not the responsibility of the pilot.
- Special conditions:
- Ski equipment and ski pass or snow shoes for pedestrians.
- Ski level: control your speed and direction in snowplough and know how to take a chairlift.
- Pedestrians: control a run-up of a few steps.
- The activity is subject to weather conditions. In the event of poor conditions, we will offer to reschedule your flight.
