Wood dough girdle puppet workshop in Paris

Open to children aged 8 and over, this 5-day workshop (5 afternoons from 2pm to 5pm) gives you the opportunity to create a woodpaste girdle puppet from A to Z. Valentina will guide you through the creation of your puppet and give you all the advice you need.

Workshop schedule (3 hours over 5 afternoons) :

• Modeling of head and hands
• Cutting the sheath (puppet costume)
• Sewing or gluing
• Painting the head and hands.
• Assembly phase to finalize the puppet.
• Introduction to manipulation: guided manipulation exercises and stage expression.
• Writing of a short collective or individual story to be staged.
• Presentation.
