Come and learn how to make beautiful pastries with a new twist for 2 hours, and leave with your creations and recipe cards. Take a playful, gourmet approach to cooking, and create your own pastry classics.

Course of the activity (2h) :

Welcome and discover the environment in which you'll be making your pastries.
Learn more about equipment, techniques, secret ingredients and tricks of the trade.
Depending on the date you choose, you'll have a workshop on one of the following themes: Praline, regressive snacks, cupcakes, sugar, pastry classics or mignardises.
At the end of the workshop, you'll be able to take home your own creations, as well as the recipes.
