Come and learn how to make beautiful pastries with a new twist for 2 hours, and leave with your creations and recipe cards. Take a playful, gourmet approach to cooking, and create your own pastry classics.
Course of the activity (2h) :
- Welcome and discover the environment in which you'll be making your pastries.
- Learn more about equipment, techniques, secret ingredients and tricks of the trade.
- Depending on the date you choose, you'll have a workshop on one of the following themes: Praline, regressive snacks, cupcakes, sugar, pastry classics or mignardises.
- At the end of the workshop, you'll be able to take home your own creations, as well as the recipes.
