You'll learn to bake like a master chef under the watchful eye of M. Le Pâtissier for 3 hours. Come and discover classics that you can learn from, and take home with you.

Course of the activity (3h) :

• Welcome and discovery of the environment in which you'll be making your pastries.
• Learn more about equipment, techniques, secret ingredients and tricks of the trade.
• Depending on the date you choose, you'll have a workshop on one of the following themes: apricot-rosemary entremet, pear-pistachio entremet, macaroons or viennoiseries.
• At the end of the workshop, you'll be able to take home your own creations, as well as the recipes.

This workshop is ideal for a convivial get-together that's sure to delight your guests.
