Activity description :

At Michel et Augustin, we have two passions: patisserie and aperitifs. We invite you to mix the two with us! During this workshop, you'll concoct 3 savoury pastries inspired by our book "Devenez l'expert de l'apéro", with good seasonal produce, tested and approved by the trublions.

On the program for this gourmet trio: mini-madeleines with Rosso pesto, very Basque muffins with ossau-iraty, little shortbreads with PDO Parmesan, verrines to die for and ... the tribe's surprise! Let yourself be surprised by our chef's recipes.

The ideal workshop for pastry chefs with a salty mouth. Ideal for spicing up your aperitifs with pastry techniques! You'll be able to impress your guests by concocting something other than the usual trio of chips, olives and cherry tomatoes;)
