A tasty Japanese pancake, dorayaki is becoming increasingly popular. Come and learn how to make this pastry in a 1h30 workshop with Agathe, a true enthusiast of Japanese culture.

Course (1h30) :

• Welcome tea and explanation of the recipe.
• Demonstration of how to make dorayaki: you'll take notes so you can reproduce the recipe.
• You'll bake your own dorayaki, then garnish them with anko. The theory of anko will be explained, but you won't be able to make it on the spot, as it takes 2 days to prepare.

You'll have a great time making Japanese pastries with Agathe, who has worked with top Parisian chefs and also spent 2 years in Tokyo as a pastry chef. It's also a great gift idea.
