I had a great time at this workshop! Manon is a real teacher and takes the time to explain each step clearly. I particularly liked the fact that she gave alternatives when you don't have professional equipment at home. The workshop is very complete: you leave with the recipe, a list of the equipment you'll need and addresses of stores in Paris where you can buy what you need.
