• Ayurvedic table massage (60 or 90 minutes) : an ancient Indian practice designed to restore the body's energetic balance. Using warm oils and specific movements, this massage harmonizes vital energies, promotes muscle relaxation and improves circulation. It is designed to bring a sense of physical and mental well-being, inspired by the principles of Ayurveda, the traditional Indian medicine.
• Ayurvedic floor massage (60 or 90 minutes): an ancient Indian practice based on the principles of Ayurveda. Performed on the floor on a futon, the recipient is dressed comfortably. The therapist uses pressure, stretching, kneading and fluid movements to stimulate energy points (marmas) and energy channels (nadis). Using warm oils, this massage aims to restore energy balance, relax muscles, promote circulation and bring a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.
