Each session is unique and always begins with a time for welcome and conversation, to identify your current needs and those of your baby.

The treatment offered:

Baby Massage Workshop – 1 hour: After a brief discussion, you’ll learn baby massage techniques for the tummy, arms, legs, back, and head to help your little one sleep and feel soothed. The session continues with a relaxation exercise using sophrology, followed by a grounding exercise. This is an individual session with a parent present, for babies up to 18 months old.
