Activity description :

  1. 2 hours
  2. Up to 6 children
  3. For the 3-10 years old

Give your child a first taste of ballet in a supportive environment tailored to their age. This introductory class is designed for children up to age 10 at the pre-ballet, beginner, and introductory levels. The session allows children to gradually discover the basics of ballet: posture, alignment, balance, coordination, musicality, footwork, and basic dance movements.

Upon arrival, your child will be welcomed and guided by the dance instructor throughout the session. Changing rooms are available on site so children can get changed before and after class.

Class Schedule:

  • Welcoming the children and settling them into the studio;
  • A fun warm-up to prepare the body for movement;
  • Exercises focusing on posture, alignment, and coordination;
  • Exploration of movements adapted to the child’s age and skill level;
  • Simple movements and dance sequences;
  • Learning a short choreography;
  • A gentle cool-down with light stretches at the end of the session.

This introductory class is ideal for gently introducing children to ballet, helping them develop their motor skills, sense of rhythm, and self-confidence, all while enjoying a fun and creative experience centered on dance.
