• Welcome and warm-up exercises to gently prepare the body and get into the flow of the class;
• A full warm-up focusing on posture, coordination, flexibility, and rhythm;
• Technical work on the fundamentals of Modern Jazz and the characteristic movements of Street Jazz;
• Exercises in expression and musicality to develop stage presence and self-confidence;
• Progressive learning of a choreography combining fluidity, dynamism, and urban energy;
• Practical application to music with rehearsals and personalized adjustments;
• Cool-down and stretching to release tension and promote recovery.
