Discover three styles of urban dance during a dynamic session combining Street Dance, Hip Hop, and Dancehall.
The class helps you work on rhythm, footwork, posture, coordination, energy, and
musical interpretation. The movements and choreography are tailored to the participants’ skill level.

Class Schedule:

• Welcome participants and help them get settled in the on-site changing rooms;
• Introduction to the session and getting to know the dance instructor;
• Joint and muscle warm-up to prepare the body for physical exertion;
• Rhythm, footwork, and coordination exercises to develop musicality and precision of movement;
• Practice of footwork, postures, and energy characteristic of urban dance styles;
• Progressive learning of movements inspired by hip-hop, street dance, and dancehall;
• Practical application through a dynamic choreography tailored to the participants’ skill level;
• Personalized rehearsals and adjustments to improve performance and physical ease;
• Cool-down with stretches to aid recovery and release muscle tension.
