Open to the uninitiated as well as the most zealous zythologists, the "Brew Lab" lets you make your own live beer brew. Under the guidance of an experienced brewmaster, you'll take part in every stage of craft beer production.
Course of the activity (5h) :
- Beer brewing: choose from 6 recipes & discover the beer-making process, from raw materials to fermentation.
- Tasting of carefully selected craftbeers.
- Snack in the brewery.
- You can collect your 48 bottles after fermentation (approx. 3 weeks).
This festive and convivial activity is perfect for your EVG/EVJF as well as for special occasions with family or friends.

Great day out with Antoine, who shared his passion for beer with us all day long. He was very educational and very clear in his explanations. A very good, friendly atmosphere during this workshop at the Bière Academy. Mika explained and guided us simply to make our 1st brew in this atypical place mixing beer bar, beer store and brewing school.

The activity was fun, accessible to all levels and focused on practice = TOP The "workshop" area was a little cramped. Relaxed atmosphere. The only problem was the very, very light lunch! All in all, a very good experience, to be recommended, beer-lovers or not.
