Coffee workshop: the art of making good coffee

Funbooker offers a wide range of culinary workshops to satisfy even the most demanding gourmets! When you book a coffee workshop, you'll discover all the secrets involved in making this famous beverage...

We offer several types of coffee workshops that will immerse you in the world of this much-loved hot beverage:

Roasting

During their passage through the roaster, which lasts between 12 and 20 minutes (depending on the desired color), the green coffee beans are browned under heat ranging from 180 to 200 degrees. This process also allows them to release their aromas. There are different roasts: light (blonde), medium (amber), advanced (brown), etc.

Gentle coffee extraction

After learning about roasting methods, you'll begin your slow coffee workshop. This type of extraction, using a piston coffee maker or a dripper (vacuum or filter), will bring out the full flavours of your coffee.

The latte workshop

During this highly artistic culinary animation, you'll explore the notions of roasting and pressure extraction, then learn milk frothing techniques. You'll then move on to the most creative part: you'll create a pretty design (a heart, a flower) on the surface of the coffee as you pour the milk foam. Then it's time to enjoy your delicious beverage!
