The Butter workshop gives access to the entire Ferme de Gally in Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole, including a visit to the animals. Children will be able to admire the goats, sheep, cows, pigs, hair, donkeys, pigs and chickens of the Ferme Ouverte. At least one accompanying adult must be present for the farm visit and activity.

Very good. The only downside: the bread workshop was a bit disrupted by the continuous passage of a crowd of it's other visitors.

Good workshop leader. A little disappointment from the child who would have liked to bring back some of his butter, although we understood the health precautions.

Very good workshop. To improve it, we'd have to find something to isolate the glass jars from the children's hands. They were disappointed not to be able to obtain butter on their own. There were a lot of them, more than expected. In that case, they could use a little help to distribute the cream (or involve a parent). The picture shows the use of a churn, but this was not the case: too bad, it would have been easier for the children. Change the image or suggest churns.

Less well attended than the bread and apple juice workshops, but like the others, very educational and very well led by the instructor.

Nice explanation. Interesting presenter for the children. Nevertheless, the children left a little disappointed not to take butter with them, or a snack. We understand hygiene standards. Perhaps they should be allowed to touch it, if not taste it.

There were 18 of us and a maximum of 39 children. 18 was already a bit too many, especially for the seats. Host Jérémy was top notch

Very interesting activity to learn how to make butter Very educational instructor. A small problem with the activity. Doesn't look like the accompanying image, not much handling.... Too bad we can't take butter home with us.
