The massage was really excellent, very professional and effective. The welcome was there, which I appreciated. However, for the full experience, I would have liked to feel more of that sense of well-being and deep relaxation. The massage was really excellent, very professional and efficient. Perhaps a little more cocooning or special attention in this area could make a difference for future customers.
