- The Rejuvenating Massage - 1h15: A primarily Californian-style massage, incorporating lemniscate movements, on both the front and back of the body. More time is devoted to the back, legs, and feet, and the scalp is also massaged.
- The Escape - 1 hour 30 minutes: A California and lemniscate massage complemented by a kneading-and-rolling technique, applied to the front and back of the body. The back, legs, and feet are worked more deeply, and the face and scalp are included.
