In the Cévennes, in the heart of the Gorges de l'Hérault and not far from Montpellier, Victor offers you 2 different canoe-kayak routes in an exceptional natural setting.

Victor and his team will introduce you to the majestic Gorges de l'Hérault, not far from Montpellier, via two different canoe & kayak routes. And there's something for everyone, young and old alike: the first family-friendly course is 4km long, while the second is 12km long.

How does it work?

When you arrive at the Las Playas nautical base, our partner will give you your equipment and brief you on safety instructions. You'll then set off down the river. A bus will take you back to the base.

Several routes are available:

• 4 km - half a day - from 4 years upwards: fun course, about 2 hours paddling, but you can keep the canoe for half a day. You'll set off on a nautical trek on calm, abundant water with no risk of capsizing. It's a leisurely trip at the end of the gorges, suitable for families too.

Departure only in the afternoon, from 12:30 p.m., last departure at 4 p.m.

• 12 km - one day - from 6 years: approx. 4 hours paddling, but you can keep the canoe for the day. Discover the most beautiful part of the Gorges de l'Hérault, with its white waterfalls, old grain mills and other relics of bygone days. The rapids are easy and fun. Swimming, lounging on the riverbanks and picnicking will enhance your descent (no dam to cross).

Departure only in the morning, from 10 a.m., last departure at 2.30 p.m.
