Splendid, full of challenges, ever-changing and calm, the Hérault gorges are the ideal place to spend a superb time canoeing! You'll explore wild landscapes far from roads and settlements. You'll enjoy a canoe descent, during which you'll come across historic relics, small rapids and a wealth of flora and fauna.

How does it work?

On arrival at the Saint-Bauzille-de-Putois nautical base, our partner will hand over the equipment and brief you on safety instructions. You'll then set off on a descent of the river. A bus will take you back to the base.

Several descents are available:

• Ganges to Saint-Bauzille-de-Putois: 6 km - Minimum age: 11 (10 with supervision) - Estimated time: 1h30
• Saint-Bauzille-de-Putois to Aubanel: 9 km - Minimum age: 6 years - Estimated time: 2h
• Ganges to Aubanel: 15 km - Minimum age: 11 years (10 years with supervision) - Estimated time: 4h
