In this workshop, you'll learn how to make your own cheese, with one exception: you won't be going to the farmer to collect milk!
Course of the workshop (3h):
- Guided by the cheese-maker, you'll learn all about cheese-making and become a real pro!
- Discover the cheese-making process, guided by a professional cheesemaker.
- Afterwards, you'll make 2 different cheeses (mozzarella and ricotta, two essential Italian gourmet cheeses) and a butter, which you can take home with you.
- Cheese & wine tasting at the end of the workshop.
- Each workshop lasts 3 hours.

A great workshop! I loved this workshop, which I did with my sister (who loves cheese so much and can't wait to make it again). A workshop where you learn a lot and have fun too! We finish with a very nice aperitif: after the effort the comfort ;)! In short, you can go with your eyes closed!

Very nice mozzarella and ricotta workshop. Guillaume, the instructor, is passionate, very educational and immediately puts you at ease. Thanks to his explanations, you can make your own cheese and butter - clearly not easy without a guide! And the result is delicious 😊 The group atmosphere was friendly and caring. An enriching experience that I'd recommend. 👍🏻
