In this workshop, you'll learn how to make your own cheese, with one exception: you won't be going to the farmer to collect milk!

Course of the workshop (3h):

  • Guided by the cheese-maker, you'll learn all about cheese-making and become a real pro!
  • Discover the cheese-making process, guided by a professional cheesemaker.
  • Afterwards, you'll make 2 different cheeses (mozzarella and ricotta, two essential Italian gourmet cheeses) and a butter, which you can take home with you.
  • Cheese & wine tasting at the end of the workshop.
  • Each workshop lasts 3 hours.

In short, if you love cheese and want to make your own to impress your loved ones (and yourself!), this workshop is ideal!

For a 70-euro workshop, you leave with less than 50 grams of butter, including wrapping paper, and 2 cm of ricotta at the bottom of a cup + 2 mozzarellas. The instructor is interesting and dynamic.

A very pleasant workshop to open the door to cheese and butter making. Guillaume is a talented and fascinating host.

Instructive workshop, a great discovery. The instructor was clear, available and friendly. We were able to make our own cheeses and learn some interesting things. Group of 9 people on 3 tables in a great atmosphere. Great gift idea. The final tasting of other cheeses is a good idea. The missing star comes from the funbooker booking, which was rather complicated following a cancellation not of our making.

Many thanks to Guillaume for his teaching - it was a very instructive moment. One area for improvement would be to offer an earlier time slot in the evening for people who don't live in Paris, as we finished a little late. I recommend this workshop Guillaume is a great listener.
