Course of the workshop (2h30):

• Introduction and tasting: you'll learn all about the manufacture of spirits and their use in cocktails. You'll also have the opportunity to taste a spirit and analyze its flavors.
• Cocktail creation: personalized coaching, handling of professional equipment and creation of 2 to 3 original recipes using exceptional ingredients.
• Cocktail presentation and tasting: you'll present your recipe to the other participants and taste the cocktails together.
