Discover Korean cuisine during a convivial workshop followed by a meal prepared with Chef Kim, a Korean chef with over 30 years of international experience.
During this participatory workshop, you'll learn how to prepare one or more authentic Korean recipes, before sharing a full meal in a warm and friendly setting.
Course of the workshop (3-4h) :
- Presentation of recipes and ingredients
- Preparations alongside the Chef
- Tips and anecdotes on Korean culinary culture
- Tasting of the complete meal (starter/main course/dessert) prepared during the workshop, including non-alcoholic beverages.
- Handover of beautifully printed recipe of the day
