- Meeting with the Maître Restaurateur chef and introduction to the course program.

- Recipe preparation: step-by-step preparation of dishes, with simple tips that can be reproduced at home.
- Tasting and debriefing: sharing creations over a glass, with personalized feedback from the Chef.
