• Meeting with the Maître Restaurateur chef and introduction to the course program.
• Discover techniques, basics and professional tips adapted to each participant's level.
• Recipe preparation: step-by-step preparation of dishes, with simple tips that can be reproduced at home.
• Tasting and debriefing: sharing creations over a glass, with personalized feedback from the Chef.
• Workshop wrap-up: take-home tips and tricks to help you continue to progress at home.
