What is Cryolipolysis? Cryolipolysis—also known as cryoliporeduction or plate cryotherapy—is a technique that reduces cellulite through the application of cold. The cold destroys fat cells by freezing them. Once destroyed, fat cells cannot regenerate and are eventually eliminated through natural processes.
A cryolipolysis session lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour; it is painless. A massage is performed at the end of the session to warm the tissues.
