How to use your ticket

Buy your ticket, once the purchase is confirmed you will receive a digital voucher for each participant.
The digital voucher is not an admission ticket. Only the Center Parcs ticket gives access to the Estate.
Before you come, you must reserve your visit date (subject to availability) by clicking here.
- Select ALL participants and click on "Day entry".
- Once you've entered your contact details, enter the numbers of the digital vouchers (under the QR code) in the "Gift voucher or digital voucher" box (not the Promo Code) and confirm!
- Please note that if you copy/paste the digital voucher code, a space is automatically added at the end of the code. Delete this space.
- You'll receive your tickets in your mailbox! Entry to the estate on presentation of booking confirmation (E-tickets accepted).
Non-exchangeable and non-refundable ticket, even if unavailable on the day you wish to visit (digital voucher valid for the entire season).
No refunds will be made in the event of failure to comply with entrance dress regulations.

Opening hours

The estate is open every day of the year from 09:30 to 23:00. Aqua Mundo is open from 10 a.m. to 7 or 8 p.m. depending on the season.

Important : at least one adult must be present per reservation. Reservations for children only are not possible.

The child rate applies to children aged 3 to 11 (on the day of arrival).
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Entry to the estate will only be possible on presentation of the booking confirmation for the desired day.
Picnics may only be eaten in the newly laid-out picnic area at the entrance to the estate.
Several catering areas are available on the estate.

Bathing suit policy:

Since June 2, 2025, a new regulation on bathing attire has come into force in all Center Parcs estates in Europe, including Center Parcs Villages Nature Paris.
In the interests of harmonization, safety and hygiene, only bathing suits specifically designed for swimming, fitted to the body and made of materials that are not harmful to the environment are allowed. and made from suitable materials (polyamide, elastane, lycra), are now authorized at Aqua Mundo.
This new rule is being applied gradually, with the support of our on-site teams, who will remain available to inform visitors and ease the transition.
