How to use your ticket

Buy your ticket, once the purchase is confirmed you will receive a digital voucher for each participant.
The digital voucher is not an entry ticket. Only the Center Parcs ticket gives access to the Estate.
Before you come, you must reserve your visit date (subject to availability) by clicking here.
- Select ALL participants and click on "Day entry".
- Once you've entered your contact details, enter the numbers of the digital vouchers (under the QR code) in the "Gift voucher or digital voucher" box (not the Promo Code) and confirm!
- Please note that if you copy/paste the digital voucher code, a space is automatically added at the end of the code. Delete this space.
- You'll receive your tickets in your mailbox! Entrance to the park on presentation of booking confirmation (mobile e-ticket accepted).
Non-exchangeable and non-refundable ticket, even if unavailable on the day you wish to visit (digital voucher valid for the entire season).
No refunds will be made in the event of failure to comply with the rules concerning dress at the entrance.
