Discover seaside fishing in the company of Frédéric, a trainer in various fishing techniques. The instructor, who holds a Jeunesse et Sports (Youth and Sports) diploma, will introduce you to this fishing technique, enabling you to fish independently!
Course (4h) :
- Presentation of equipment and how to choose it: explanation of the different techniques for rods, reels, line diameters and accessories (hooks, sinkers, pearls, etc.).
- Installation of rigs on the beach
- Learn safe casting techniques
- Learn to bait
- Go fishing on your own!
Frédéric will be with you every step of the way, guiding you, teaching you various techniques and giving you practical tips. Enjoy an enriching experience, alone or in pairs!

- Please wear shorts or tracksuit, and avoid denim pants to get into the waders (high boots).
