Take advantage of a surf lesson on the beach at Seignosse to enjoy a unique experience in the company of a passionate, state-certified coach. For 1h30, you'll be introduced to the sport, accessible to all levels from the age of 6.

How does it work?

From age 6 - Ability to swim

15 minutes are set aside at the beginning and end of the session to get kitted out and get to the spot, with 1h30 of actual practice in the ocean.

When you arrive, your instructor will provide you with all the equipment you need (board adapted to your level and wetsuit). A full briefing will be given on the beach: safety instructions, wave reading and priority rules.

You'll then learn the essential technical basics:

How to row efficiently.
How to position yourself on the board.
How to stand up (the famous take-off).
And above all, how to keep your balance.

Once you're ready, it's off to the water! Accompanied by your instructor, you'll take to the waves to glide over your first rollers in complete safety.

Knowing the area like the back of his hand, Cédric decided to set up an itinerant school so that he could take his students to the best spots according to the day's conditions and their level.

Whether you're a complete beginner or just looking to improve, this course is ideal for discovering the unique sensations of surfing in one of the most beautiful spots in the Landes.
