Discover the art of artisanal wood-fired distillation during an immersive tour. Immerse yourself in the history and traditional techniques of distillation with Loïc, an artisan distiller and winner of the Prix du Public des Jeunes Talents du Tourisme 2024.

Tour (1h30):

• You'll learn about all the stages involved in making spirits: fermentation, distillation, reduction, aging and bottling.
• Tour of the distillery, with a presentation of its history, techniques and distillation.
• Tasting of 5 spirits distilled over a wood fire
