Discover the art of artisanal distillation during an immersive visit to a wood-fired distillery. Immerse yourself in the history and traditional techniques of distillation, guided by Loïc, an artisan distiller and winner of the Prix du Public des Jeunes Talents du Tourisme 2024.

Tour (3h):

• You'll learn about all the stages involved in making spirits: fermentation, distillation, reduction, aging and bottling.
• Awaken your senses with a tasting of meat and vegetables cooked in the stills.
• Taste spirits distilled over a wood fire
• Then watch the still being emptied and cleaned.
