Very mixed opinion. The massage itself was of high quality: pleasant, relaxing, and tailored to our needs. The masseurs were attentive and took the time to offer a personalized experience, which was really appreciated. On the other hand, appointment booking and customer service were very disappointing. I had to send six emails (which went unanswered for a long time), visit the office twice (and was not seen the second time) and call three times before finally getting an appointment. The whole process took three weeks, which is quite excessive. On the day of the massage, we also encountered problems: we were picked up 30 minutes late, and the service lasted only 45 minutes instead of the 1h30 scheduled for a duo massage. We therefore had to reschedule to make up the missing time. In short, although the quality of the massage was top-notch, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor organization and customer service. It's a shame, because it spoils what could have been an excellent service. My partner and I enjoyed the massage, but we wouldn't recommend this establishment and won't be returning.
