Thomas, a passionate and experienced practitioner, welcomes you to a unique workshop dedicated to the art of massage. In a caring environment, you'll explore your sense of touch, your posture, and your natural ability to give... and to receive. This workshop immerses you in a complete experience, both technical and inner.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Working in pairs: each person massages for 1 hour, then receives a massage for 1 hour.
• Learning the basics: postures for massaging without tiring, relaxing the arms, intention of movement from the center of the body.
• Connection to sensations: learning to feel the space, to listen with the hands, to enter into a relationship with the recipient's body. Guided exercises to integrate the key gestures and concepts of well-being massage.
