Guided by the distillery team, go behind the scenes of the aromatic construction ofa spirit and create the aromatic bouquet of your own gin!

Come and smell, taste, blend and discover the secrets of a good gin, thanks to the distillery's advice and expertise.

Workshop schedule (2h) :

• Visit to the distillery: meet Monique, our still, and discover our gin distillation method.
• Guided tasting: tasting techniques and discovery of different gin aromatic profiles.
• Creation of three gin recipes based on a London dry gin already lovingly distilled and a blend of different aromatic plant macerations.
• Bottle your favorite recipe: Leave with your own 20cl bottle of gin, labeled in your own colors!

It's up to you to explore the aromas and create your very own gin!
