Itinerary:

• We’ll meet at Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo, in front of the equestrian statue of Bartolomeo Colleoni, where the guide will introduce the tour.
• Our first stop is just a stone’s throw from the meeting point, where we’ll enjoy cicchetti with baccalà and a glass of wine.
• We’ll continue to the Ponte del Pistor for cicchetti in saor and an “ombra,” the small Venetian glass of wine.
• Next up is mozzarella in carrozza, with prosciutto if desired, and a Bellini.
• We head to another bacaro for a spritz and cicchetti with baby octopus.
• The tour ends at Campo Santa Maria Formosa with some artisanal gelato.
