Available experiences:
- Hammam and Sauna Ritual—1 hour: Enjoy a moment of relaxation thanks to the warm steam of the hammam and the dry heat of the sauna. This experience promotes relaxation and invites you to release tension while pampering your skin.
- Private Jacuzzi - 1 hour: Treat yourself to a special moment alone or with others in a completely private space. Enjoy a jacuzzi in complete privacy, with access to the hammam and sauna as well. Between the warmth, the bubbles, and the relaxation, let yourself be carried away by a moment of respite far from the daily grind.
- Ice Bath and Private Sauna - 1 hour: Alternate between the heat of the sauna and immersion in an ice bath to experience the thermal contrasts. This experience can help relieve certain muscle aches and promote a sense of well-being. Please bring a swimsuit. You must control your breathing during the experience.

- This experience is not recommended for pregnant women or people with cardiovascular conditions, severe hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, asthma, or recurrent migraines.
- On Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the spa is reserved for women, and on Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., for men. On all other days of the week, the spa is open to both men and women. Please bring a swimsuit (required).
