A head spa that isn't a spa at all...a 1-hour hair massage that leaves you with greasy hair. It's a total rip-off for 80€ please. Avoid

Very pleasant staff and location, but I found the treatment itself average. Little brushes that massage the skull for 30 minutes. I don't think it's worth the price.

sensitive scalps please refrain! this is a very, very deep steam-based massage with strong roller and hand pressure (which meant I had to go to the osteopath 72 hours later due to dizziness caused by cranial nerve blockages). professional but not the warmest welcome, the masseuses do their job but don't expect to know what the techniques are... in short, you'll understand that I was disappointed by the service I received for my birthday present, even though I was thinking the opposite when I arrived at Printemps Haussmann.

Magnificent location, you expect THE PRESTATION but no ...: Quite disappointed with this one which for me was established by a young girl novice ... very nice very gentle but for me not a professional massage Lack of experience for my taste . Two little girls to take care of customers ... disappointed

Very welcoming team and very kind masseuse. Interesting and innovative hair technology used. The spa is beautiful and modern. Unfortunately, I found that there was (far) too much hair brushing compared to the real cranial massage (70% brushing versus only 30% massage), which is a shame. So beware, if you have long, fine, curly hair, this treatment may not be right for you, as you risk losing quite a bit of hair in the process due to incessant detangling (like me).
