Flight Arrangements:

Adjustments: You will be contacted 10 to 15 days before the flight, as weather conditions and the passenger list may require adjustments. Please allow for some flexibility in your availability (on the day of the flight, the day before, or the day after the reserved date).
Final confirmation: 2 to 3 days before the flight, you’ll receive a confirmation text message with the location, date, and final schedule. Once you receive the confirmation text message, you will no longer be able to cancel the flight.
