Know before you go

• Number of participants: the helicopter must be fully booked for each flight (3 seats). In the event of insufficient passengers, the flight may be rescheduled.
• Weather: last-minute cancellations may be made by our partner in the event of unfavorable weather conditions, with as much advance notice as possible.
• Dates and times: may be modified by the partner for meteorological or organizational reasons.
• Cancellation: in the event of cancellation of the flight by the partner, you will be offered a rescheduled date.
• Take-off point: this is an indication only and may be subject to change depending on the season. The final location will be sent by SMS a few days before the flight.
• Flight duration: may vary according to weather or aeronautical conditions.

Special cases :

• Weight: passengers weighing +110 kg, please contact us. WARNING: a difference of +5 kg between the weight declared at the time of booking and the weight measured on site may result in refusal of the flight without refund.
• Children: accepted from age 2. Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult over 12, and parental authorization is required.
• Pregnant women: medical advice required for over 7 months.
• People with reduced mobility: contact the partner to assess the possibilities. A companion is mandatory.

Flight organization :

• Adjustments: 10 to 15 days before the flight, you will be contacted as the weather and the passenger list may require adjustments. Please allow for some flexibility in your availability (on the same day, the day before or the day after the day booked).
• Final confirmation: 2 to 3 days before the flight, a confirmation SMS will be sent to you with the final place, date and time. Once you have received the confirmation SMS, you will no longer be able to cancel the flight.
