Very disappointed with our experience! Fortunately the meal was very good, but for €75 per person to eat without heating on December 27 is more than borderline.... No excuse or explanation for this inconvenience ... most of the people on board were eating with their coats on!!!! We had chosen the festive season, thinking we'd be able to take advantage of Lyon's illuminations... big mistake ... there are no longer any illuminations, but in any case we couldn't sail because the water level was too high and there was fog! As compensation, the crew gave us vouchers for a cruise (worth 15€). Very disappointed, we would have preferred the company to cancel the cruise altogether and ask us to reschedule so that we could enjoy our meal on the water!

The activity itself was great, but there was only one date available for the whole year!

The level of gastronomy is really disappointing and contrasts enormously with the magnificent setting of the boat and the beauty of the city of Lyon. Service and organization are top-notch.

Boat trip: great, despite the guilt I felt when I heard the powerful diesel engines propelling the ship... Food: pretty unremarkable, good but served after a (very) long stay, apparently under lamps to keep warm or equivalent. The endive that accompanied my veal breast "pressé" was a case in point; it was so dry that I felt like I was trying to eat string! The big disappointment was the fact that there's nothing left to see of the boat in Lyon at night. The municipality decided to cut all the Christmas lights, especially those on our magnificent monuments. The purpose of this cruise was to offer an enchanting tour of our beautiful city: now it's "circulez, il n'y a rien à voir" (move along, there's nothing to see). Dismaying. But the Hermes company has nothing to do with it. I know and I fear the worst for the future of this company...

Pleasant time, friendly staff. However, the dinner wasn't great, we liked the starters On the other hand, we didn't like the main course (veal) and dessert (waffles).

The organization asked us to arrive at 7.10pm for a 7.30pm departure, but the actual departure was at 8pm, so we had to wait almost an hour for "nothing". As for the meal, we would have liked more accompaniment on the plate - it was pretty light for the price. The boat trip was great! I would have liked a little more historical explanation of the buildings or anecdotes, but it was very nice. The big positive point of the cruise was the waiters: they were super nice, responsive, attentive and always had a big smile on their faces. Many thanks to them.

We had a great time, the food was good, the welcome on board was friendly, and the tour was rewarding: - the hot dish is lukewarm, to the detriment of the taste, - you're asked to arrive 20 minutes before boarding, which is at 7:30 pm in the evening, and when it's very cold (for us, the evening of 30/12/25), you're left to wait in the freezing cold until 7:30 pm. And while you're waiting in the cold, you see the staff waiting for the hour.... so why bring customers in early when it's not possible to accommodate them depending on the weather? Too bad the experience was spoiled by this, very negative point. You have to know how to adapt to unforeseen circumstances in order to welcome your customers in the best possible way, and there's a lot of room for improvement here.

Very good, but we were out in the cold for over half an hour. Appointment at 7:30 pm, we were told to be there 20 minutes before but why? We were put on the boat at 7.40pm. As a result, we got sick...... .

The problem of the flooding of the Saône river limited our navigation The meal was excellent, but there was a bit of a wait to start the service, with 2 children it was a bit long.

Very pleasant place, fast service, top welcome, very good food, very interesting comments on the site. Dissatisfaction with appointment time: on the paper the time indicated was 7:30 p.m., to be present 30 minutes before, so 7 p.m. We boarded at 8 p.m. . 1 h waiting in the rain, cold and wind. We were soaked

Good cruise, too bad the weather didn't cooperate so we had to return to the quay and finish our meal there. Good meal too.
