Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Presentation of the life of the bee, the therapeutic virtues of honey and other products of the hive: pollen, propolis, royal jelly...
• Tasting of different honeys
• Creation of a honey-based immunity potion
• Observation of honey and pollen under the microscope
• Infusion offered for a convivial moment
