Discover Chinon and the Loire Valley on an incredible hot-air balloon flight and admire its exceptional historical and natural heritage. You'll be accompanied by an experienced balloonist with over 1,000 hours' flying experience to his credit. Don't worry, even if it's your first balloon flight!

Chinon and the Loire Valley: an exceptional place from the sky

Aboard a hot-air balloon, you'll fly over magnificent châteaux and fortresses: the Châteaux du Rivau, the royal fortress of Chinon, the Château de Bretignolles, as well as Azay le Rideau, the abbeys of Fontevraud and Montsoreau, the Loire River... villages of character and renowned vineyards. You'll enjoy an unforgettable experience in Touraine as the wind blows.

Course of the flight :

• Welcome: short briefing, inflation of the hot-air balloon: unfolding of the envelope and burners.
• Board the basket for take-off. Flights take place in the morning at sunrise or in the evening just before sunset.
• Itinerary: no pre-determined route, flights are wind-driven
• Gentlelanding
• Arrival: recovery of the balloon, followed by the aeronaut's drink and return to the initial departure point in the partner's vehicle.

Several packages are available:

• Pleasure: 3h15 of activity with approximately 1 hour of flight
• Exception: 3h30 of activity with approximately 1h20 of flight time
