Workshop schedule (3h30) :
- Welcome with an infusion and introduction to the principles of traditional distillation, the copper still and the uses of hydrolats.
- Discovery of the plant of the day: its medicinal virtues, its connection with the season, its properties and traditions of use.
- Guided distillation practice: preparing the still, following the extraction, step-by-step gestures and explanations.
- Tasting and advice on using freshly-harvested hydrosols for well-being, natural care, cooking...
- Time for discussion and closure, to share your feelings, ask your questions, and leave with your own bottle of hydrolat, the fruit of your experience.
More than a workshop, a living encounter with plants, their subtle aromas and discreet magic, in an inspiring natural setting!
